eSIM Card

1. Which devices can use eSIM cards?

There are many models of phones that can use eSIM cards. You can check these phone models.

2.  When will I receive my eSIM?

Our system automatically retrieves Shopify orders. Once the eSIM order is found, the system will automatically generate an eSIM QR code and send it to you via email, typically within 24 hours. There may be delays during holidays.

3. Can I use both a physical SIM and an eSIM at the same time?

If your phone supports both physical SIM and eSIM cards, you can enable both physical SIM and eSIM cards in the same device.

4. When will my eSIM data plans be activated?

Once you arrive in your destination country, set your eSIM as your default data plan and enable data roaming in your phone's settings. Your data plan will then start using data. (If you still don't have data, restart your phone or contact us.)

5. When should I install my eSIM card?

For eSIM cards, please install them before departure (you will need an internet connection to install the eSIM card). We recommend saving the QR code and keeping it with you in case you need it.

6. Do I need to activate data roaming on my device?

Yes. To ensure optimal network coverage with your eSIM, you must enable data roaming in your phone's settings. There are no additional roaming charges when using our eSIM cards.

7. Can I top up my data after I have used up all my data?

If you're using our SIM card, you can top up data. Select the country and region where you want totop up your data.
If you're using our eSIM card, you can't top up data. You can purchase a new eSIM.

8. What should I do if I deleted or lost the QR code for my eSIM card?

Don't worry, please contact us. We usually retain order-related data for a period of time.

9. Can eSIM be reused?

No, it cannot be reused. Once activated, it cannot be reinstalled, and if deleted, it cannot be recovered.

10. Can I switch phones and continue using my eSIM?

Usually no. An eSIM is tied to the installed device; you'll need to purchase a new one if you delete it or switch phones.

11. Will eSIM affect my local phone number?

No. Your local number will still work normally; the eSIM only serves as an additional data card.

12. Does using an eSIM consume more power?

Almost not, there's no significant difference compared to a physical SIM card.

13. Does the purchased eSIM have an expiration date?

Yes. The usage period is usually calculated from the activation date (such as 5-day, 7-day, or 30-day data packages).

14. Will a network lock on an iPhone affect eSIM?

Yes. iPhones locked by a carrier typically cannot use overseas eSIMs. The device must be unlocked.

15. Can two eSIMs be online simultaneously?

Some newer models can (such as iPhone 13 and above), but for Android, it varies by model.

16. Will eSIM slow down internet speed?

Our travel eSIMs typically use the local carrier's network and have the same speed as a local SIM.

17. Which data plan should I choose?

Travel recommendations(5-7 days):
Light use (posting pictures, chatting): 3–5GB
Moderate use (navigation, heavy social media): 10–20GB
Heavy use (short videos, live streaming): at least 20G

18. When I fly from country A to country B, will my eSIM automatically switch?

This depends on your plan: If you purchased a regional SIM (such as Europe/Asia/Global), it will switch automatically. Single-country SIMs will not work.

19. Will eSIM leak privacy?

No, eSIM only provides network access and does not read personal data.

20. Is eSIM more stable than a SIM card?

They are essentially the same because they ultimately connect to the same carrier. Under similar conditions, their stability is roughly the same.

21. Can I recover my eSIM after deleting it?

No. Deleting it is equivalent to rendering the SIM card unusable.

22. Can I install an eSIM where there is no Wi-Fi?

An initial installation requires a network connection; it is recommended to install when Wi-Fi is available.

23. Why does it show "No Service" after installation?

Possible reasons:
Data roaming is not enabled.
Phone is region locked.
Network mode is incompatible (switch between 4G/5G if needed).
SIM card coverage is not yet available.
System is not updated to the latest version.

24. I have no signal in scenic areas (canyons, forests), is it a problem with my eSIM?

No, valleys, forests, and beaches are naturally areas with weak signal.

25. For business trips abroad for extended periods, which should I choose: an eSIM or a local SIM card?

For short business trips, an eSIM is recommended; for long-term business trips (30–90 days or more), a local SIM or a eSIM is recommended.

26. How long is an eSIM valid?

Our eSIM is valid for 90-360 days. Please refer to the time marked in the eSIM email you receive!
