1. Which devices can use SIM cards?
Our SIM cards have no restrictions; as long as your phone has a SIM card slot, you can use them.
2. When will I receive my SIM card?
If you purchased a SIM card, we'll ship it to you via logistics. Shipping times vary depending on your country and region; please refer to ourshipping times.
3. Will my data plan automatically renew when I run out?
No. All plans are prepaid; once you've used up your data, it's over, and there will be no extra charges. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase your data in advance.
4. Can I still use this card if I travel to different countries?
Yes. Our card supports multi-country roaming networks. It will automatically switch to your roaming network whenever youtop up your data plan for another country.
5. When will my SIM data plans be activated?
Once you arrive in your destination country, set your SIM as your default data plan and enable data roaming in your phone's settings. Your data plan will then start using data. (If you still don't have data, restart your phone or contact us.)
6. When should I install my SIM card?
For SIM cards, please install them after arriving in your destination country.
7. Do I need to activate data roaming on my device?
Yes. To ensure optimal network coverage with your SIM, you must enable data roaming in your phone's settings. There are no additional roaming charges when using our SIM cards.
8. What if the signal is weak or I can't connect to the internet?
Please first confirm that there is signal coverage in your area, and try restarting your phone or switching network modes (4G/5G). If you still cannot use the internet, please contact customer support.
9. What should I do if my SIM card is not recognized after insertion?
Check if the orientation is correct.
Clean the metal contacts.
Restart your phone.
Try inserting it into another phone.
If the problem persists, please contact us.
10. Can SIM cards be interchanged between different devices?
Yes, but only if the devices:
support the same network standard (e.g., GSM, LTE);
are the same size; and
are not network-locked (e.g., carrier-locked).
11. What if there's no network after inserting my SIM card upon arrival at my destination?
Try the following methods:
Enable data roaming.
Restart your phone.
Manually select your carrier.
Try switching between 4G and 5G modes.
Check if your APN is automatically configured (an APN guide can be provided if needed).
12. Will purchasing a regional travel SIM card (e.g., Europe, Asia) automatically switch networks?
Yes, it will automatically switch to the local partner operator; no manual setup is required.
When traveling between different countries, you may need to restart your phone to complete the switching process.
13. What is the card size? Which devices does it support?
SIM cards are three-in-one cards: Nano / Micro / Standard.
Supported devices include:
Mobile phones, Tablets, Mobile routers (MiFi), In-car Wi-Fi (some)
14. How much data does using social media, videos, and maps require?
Simple reference:
Maps 1 hour ≈ 40–70MB
YouTube 720p 1 hour ≈ 1–1.5GB
IG/FB browsing 1 hour ≈ 300–500MB
Short video (TikTok) 1 hour ≈ 800MB–1GB (Can be customized to your user scenario)
15. Will a travel SIM affect the data on my phone?
No. It only provides network access and will not modify or delete your phone's content.
16. Are there restrictions in specific countries? (e.g., China, UAE, Saudi Arabia)
Some countries may block certain apps (e.g., TikTok, ChatGPT).
17. Is my travel SIM card private and secure?
Our travel SIM card itself does not store browsing history, chat content, or account information. Internet data is transmitted over the local carrier's network but is only used for connectivity and billing, and will not be used for advertising or sold to third parties.
18. Is network coverage and speed stable?
Our travel SIM cards typically partner with reputable local carriers, guaranteeing coverage in most cities and popular tourist attractions.
19. How long does it take to activate the SIM card data?
Based on our testing in different countries, it generally takes 1-3 minutes.
20. If I top up my data plan after my current data plan expires, will it be activated immediately?
After topping up, you will need to restart your phone or reinsert your SIM card. The activation process takes 1-3 minutes. If you recharge before the plan expires, there is no need to restart, the system will automatically switch over.
