2. When will I receive my SIM card?
If you purchased a SIM card, we'll ship it to you via logistics. Shipping times vary depending on your country and region; please refer to our shipping times.
3. Will my data plan automatically renew when I run out?
No. All plans are prepaid; once you've used up your data, it's over, and there will be no extra charges. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase your data in advance.
4. Can I still use this card if I travel to different countries?
Yes. Our card supports multi-country roaming networks. It will automatically switch to your roaming network whenever you top up your data plan for another country.
5. When will my SIM data plans be activated?
Once you arrive in your destination country, set your SIM as your default data plan and enable data roaming in your phone's settings. Your data plan will then start using data. (If you still don't have data, restart your phone or contact us.)
6. When should I install my SIM card?
For SIM cards, please install them after arriving in your destination country.
7. Do I need to activate data roaming on my device?
