1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use our Services.
  • By using our Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Account Registration

  • Some features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is detected.

3. Orders & Payments

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide valid and complete billing and shipping information.
  • All prices are displayed in USD (may be automatically switched to your local currency based on your address).
  • Payment must be made at the time of purchase through accepted payment methods listed at checkout.
    We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraud or errors are suspected.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
  • Any personal data collected through our Services (such as name, email, billing details, and shipping address) will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We only use your information to provide our Services, process orders, and improve customer experience.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Physical products - such as our travel equipment products, wifi hotspot
  1. For most international destinations, we provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, meaning customs duties are covered by us, and you will not pay extra fees upon delivery.
  2. Exceptions: However, for certain countries (currently known countries - Brazil and Türkiye), orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). For these specific regions, customs duties, import taxes, and fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and customers are solely responsible for paying any applicable charges upon delivery
  •  Virtual products - such as our eSIM
  1. Since this is a virtual product, we will ship it to your email address and will not handle the actual logistics of the product. Therefore, for all countries and regions worldwide, you will not need to pay any additional fees upon receipt.

6. Returns & Warranty

  • For physical products (travel devices, etc.), we offer a 30-day return policy. For eSIMs, we offer a 6-month return policy.
  • Our products come with a 3-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of our Services.
  • Copy, reverse-engineer, or exploit our products or Services without prior written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, logos, product names, and designs displayed on our Services are the property of Signalinks or our licensors.
  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated in our policies.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signalinks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to our Services shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

10. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Signalinks, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of HongKong, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in HongKong.

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
