1. How long does it take for the top-up to take effect?
We usually process your order within 24 hours. After the top-up is complete (you will receive an order shipment email), the new bandwidth will be activated within 5-30 minutes. If you haven't received the bandwidth after 30 minutes, please try restarting or contact us!
2. Can I top up my device in advance?
Of course. The system supports pre-topups, and the data plan will automatically increase after the top-up.
3. Can the top-up be used in other countries?
Please check the coverage area of your plan before purchasing. Some plans offer global data, while others are region-specific.
4. What if I entered the wrong device ID when topping up?
Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and the correct ID. We will assist in correcting or refunding your payment.
5. Is payment secure?
All transactions utilize SSL/TLS encryption and internationally certified payment gateways. Your payment information will not be stored or disclosed.
6. What if my payment fails?
Please check your card balance, network connection, or browser cache. If the order still fails to complete, please contact Customer Service and we will check the order status for you.
7. What if my top-up didn't take effect?
Please make sure your device is powered on and within coverage. If it still hasn't taken effect after 30 minutes, please contact Customer Service and we will process it immediately.
8. Can I get a refund?
If the top-up data is unused, we will refund it. Refunds are not available for used plan
